Tomorrow, May 2nd is considered National Scrapbook Day across the crafting community, and I would like to share a 2-page layout that I just finished for Creative Kuts ChooChoo Train using theme Spring Time.
The Girl with water hose, butterflies, Spring Time title and May; and white daisies from the Spring Time kit from Creative Kuts. The cut file "Flower Bed" a free file from Scrappy Dew.
Girl with Water Hose is print than cut using Cricut Explore Design Space. It cuts out neater than the Silhouette Cameo Studio DE - no white edges to trim off like the Studio DE has! Butterflies are also print than cut - easier to cut around the smaller pieces of the item.
Since I did not have gray paper in my stash, I used a yellowish colored card stock, layered with the top stone, and than placed taller grass in front I believe the grass file is from the online library for Make the Cut software.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and hope you Friday is filled full of happy crafting

Two layouts created Sunday....
I am not a pro at creating layouts for others to use. Just love playing around and this is what I come up with...
I have a link on my blog, I Love Craft Crave which I go to every day for ideas and free downloads from Digital Scrabook Freebies and find a gold mine of clusters, frames, etc. The cluster above is from such a search; and the frame was located thru a Internet search. (I have a filmstrip cut/jpeg file in my files, but was not able to locate it at time of creations).
I also have a membership to Pixal Scrapper Digital Scrapbooking and have downloaded some great stuff there; i.e. button, button, and journal tag. The frame featured in the first project also from the same website; and the butterflies and ribbon across the bottom of frame are brush tools within Abode Photoshop Elements 12.
One advantage of using Pixal Scrapper Digital Scrapbooking is her tutorials where I am learning how to move around in Abode Photoshop Elements 12. Some of my embellishments, above, I first open into my Paint.Net software to create the .png format, save and than use in Photoshop.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me, and looking at my creations, both here and on my second blog page My Own Card Creations where I just blog the photos of what I create without all the write ups (just click on the link on top menu and will take you to that page). And please have a great crafting day wherever you're at.
