Blog posting

It's been a while since I posted on my blog due to moving from Alabama back to Indiana to be closer to family and friends.  And thank the convid, which I consider a bad case of the common flu, I have not been able to spend time with family and/or friends.  Even church is avoided because of this so called epedimic

I have moved into my small small apartment with just the basics - no dishwasher, or washer or/dryer hookups.  Had two chances to move but  housing assistance prevents me to do.  A conspircy!! to keep me in this small small apartment.  Can't afford to break the contract as I need the financial help.  Rent here is atrocious.

In the mean time I'm working on mini albums, junk journals and surgery scrub caps for my granddaughter.  And walking my dog, Ivan and keeping company with my cat Deana (named after Dean Winchester of SuperNatural)

Since I updated my MACOS to the new operating system, I am learning how to manage everything and I am not use to a MAC computer.  It's always been a Windows operating system, so this 'old dog' is learning new tricks!

Have a blessed day, and God be with you all.

A Collage page

My version of a collage page, or a page for junk journal or a page in a mini album

I created this on my iPad using Adobe Photoshop Mix and PicsArt apps.

Thank you for stopping to visit with me, and have blessed week.

Playing with PhotoDirector

After searching the app stores for a photo editing app I come across PhotoDirector and downloaded on to my iPad and been using it.  They have edit functions, collages and camera functions as well.

Using the above collage, I created one of my granddaughters and one grandson.  I may print this and hang on my wall.

Thank you for stopping by to visit with me.

New way of wrapping mini album covers

And here is my sample of the wrap; and let me tell you, I love it because it is so much easier!

Now these pics are not the best, taken with my phone and the editing is inferior.

The color of the album is not helping but with all my craft items out in the apt storage shed I'm working with what I have. But it's a start with my creativity and I really love the way the wrap is working for me.

Paper used:

Off white/cream color for the cover and binding wrap.
The light green plaid is from the paper pad Poetic Rose by Prima Marketing Inc which I love. And I used the 6 inch roll of Scor Tape.

Thank you for stopping by to visit with me.  Blessings to all in 2020.
