Pumpkin Card

Pumpkin Card - BAP

This is actually a cute little card and quick to do for Halloween or Thanksgiving greetings; and if a loved one has a birthday in October or November it would work as a gift card holder as well.

Supplies needed:
  1. Cardstock of choice - I chose orange for the base, and had darker orange in my stash that I used for layering.
  2. The designer paper is a free scrap book paper from GrannyEnchanted that I downloaded and printed out on a 8.5x11 size digital paper and than used my Freezer paper, I ironed on back of designer paper as a stabilizer.
  3. Punch for the sentiment
  4. Stamped sentiment from Stampin! Up "Teeny Tiny Words"
I inked the edges of all pieces and  put together in a day.

It is a BAP file available from Creative Kuts.

Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and hugs to all.

xoxo

BAP for this 2-week period.

The BAP for this 2-week's time period is a mini-album that was so cute to work with.  A Crow relaxing or 'Hangin Out'.  I have about 3 pages each for the sections, and the design paper has flowers going up a 'fence'.  And I am so proud of the binding I done, but should have added the title on front cover first.  Oh well, next time there will be a few changes.

Head on over Here and become a member of this group, if you haven't already, and join in the weekly fun.  Also check out the Crop-on-Line layouts starting today.

Thank you for stopping by, and hugs to all...{{hugs}}

Playing with Paperdolls

Remember the days when we played with paperdolls, dressing them in fashionable clothes and pretending to be them. Always wanted to create paperdolls for my two youngest granddaughters, but time got away and now they're getting to the age where they wouldn't play with paperdolls.  This week's BAP over at Facebook Creative Kuts group page, we received this digi image to color and create.  I have some 6x6 sheets of design paper given to me in a goodie bag that I used for the layered look.  Used my Edgelits - Adorning Accents #125595 in the Stampin! Up Catalog for the edges on the card base and the layered mat.

Using my Silhouette Studio Design Edition, I print and cut out the paperdoll, but the white area in the arm areas, I cut out with my exacto knife and trimmed along the lines -- very carefully, since I had it already placed together.  Took a stamp from a Stampin! Up set (Hello) and stamped in various areas and placed the paperdoll image next to the sentiments.  I used the following Copic Markers to color in the image:

#B97 Night Blue
#B95 Light Grayish Blue
#E000 Pale Fruit Pink
# E74 Cocoa Brown
and Black from Stampin! Up markers
The belt, headband and shoes have been glazed with clear gel pen from Sakura.
Cardstock is from Walmart.

Check out  Creative Kuts on Facebook and join us in the fun.  Thank you for coming by to visit with me today, and blessings to you all.

Scrap page layout using Proud To Be

I used the sentiment and Flag heart from the Proud to Be BAP for last week, and created a scrap page layout.  The doiley is created using a round the circle punch by Martha Stewart and love this punch.  Heart was placed in the center of the doiley layered on top of a square mat.  Banners placed along the edge of the mat with buttons placed inbetween.  A photo mat placed at an angle with two-layered button in the corner.  The sentiment was print and cut using my Silhouette Studio Design Edition.

Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and hugs sent you ways.

Proud To Be ... BAP

Good morning...I am back with my BAP for this week over at Creative Kuts Facebook.  A card for the 4th of July, Memorial Day or Veterans Day.  Heart cut out of the center of front of card, and a sized-down heart was adhered to the inside with stars and stripes added.  I print and cut the sentiment and than layered on a blackout of the sentiments and placed on foam tape.  Added some gems and a nice and simple card to send.

Thank you for stopping by, and hugs to all.
