Here is a pop up card I created using Creative Kuts Gingerbread Pop up Christmas Card that we purchased a couple months ago from Cheryl Walton aka Scrappinmini.
Paper used from my personal stash of card stock and design paper accumulated over the years.
The inside of the pop up card was created with the software: Popup Card Studio where I used the shadow of the Gingerbread House to place on the center of the card and inserted the tabs where needed.; save the file in svg format, and that loaded into my Make the Cut software and resized all the pieces to fit the pop up piece A lot of work but I enjoyed it.
The small Gingerbread men were downloaded from the Make the Cut gallery and than I used the Gingerbread Men and candy and created a border to place on the top of the layered mat. Created more candy for decorative embellishments
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today in rainy Alabama. God bless and have a blessed day.

OCTOBER challenge-use a little or lot of ORANGE
Hello from Carolyn, a DT member of Christmas Cards All Year 'Round with the October 1st card challenge (today, LOL)
First of all, I apologize for being MIA the last 2 months. I spent 2 stays in different hospitals to find a diagnosis for my jaundice which indicated a Live problem (first time ever) and being treated it for now. Plus my sister was at the Vascular Clinic in Huntsville to clean out a blocked artery and some plaque as well.
Plus I am preparing to move into a Senior Community Apt in a lake town here in Alabama; and busy with getting things set up for the apt, and packing all my belongings.
Now to the todays project:

Now to the todays project:
This is a svg file that I found somewhere on a blog or Facebook or the Internet that was free. Decided that since my time was short that I would just use a svg cut file. The card base is the original cut file and I done a Internal Offset making it smaller and placed on the white base. I cut all pieces with my Silhouette Cameo and found that if I have the correct cutting specs it will cut correctly!
The buckle on Santas' belt is a bit of ORANGE to go with the this months challenge theme. Using picmonkey.com for photo editing I inserted a orange trim under the white piece (all done thru editing.)
Included with this svg cut file is a gift tag using Santas' suite and belt with a ORANGE buckle. Little secret: the To: and From: was inserted with picmonkey editing program, since my stamp is packed away.

Two Christmas Cards
One of the Christmas Cards I created as a member of Christmas Cards All Year 'Round DT team. Using PicMonkey's Photo Editor I created, what I hope is a vintage type of background for this card using images from The Stamping Boutique, and the theme is Bright/Summery colors. I guess I didn't actually use the Bright/Summery Colors but I love my cards.
This card is using image from The Stamping Boutique as well, and once I watercolored the image, I saved to my computer, and used PicMonkey's Photo Editor to create the type of design I like.
In both images, I used watercolor paper to paint, using different watercolor paints depending on the colors I would like to use. I stamped Merry Christmas using my home-made Misti placement tool, and added a black ribbon and three beads on lower edge.
Thank you for stopping to visit with me, and have a great week of crafting.

Pop Up Celebration Card
Using a file from Creative Kuts I created a Birthday card with balloons. She has the linked card file, plus two other styles on her Facebook group page...
This was about the 3rd or 4th attempt at this card as I was having problems figuring out the pop-up section, but a light bulb went off and after a week of ignoring the card project, decided to attempt again. And the above is what I come up. Not sure I will make this card anytime soon ... LOL
Thank you for taking time to visit with me, and have a blessed weekend.

1st Birthday
Great granddaughter, Domenica enjoying her 1st birthday cupcake.
I downloaded the photo and open up in Adobe Photoshop Elements to create this 8x8 layout of my great granddaughter's 1st birthday layout.
Paper with birthday candles from Pixel Scrapper Digital Scrapbook along with the balloons image. The title '1st Birthday' from Miss Kate Cuttables .
Once created and saved to my flashdrive, I downloaded into picmonkey online editing software, and done some editing there. Now to place order for 8x8 layout to Walgreens and once picked up, I will mat and place into her scrapbook.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and have a great day of crafing.

Another Christmas Card
Hanging Kitty
I printed the colored version of Hanging Kitty and was going to create a postcard with this design, but decided to create a card using paper from my stash. When placing the design onto cardstock, I used one of the sentiments from the set, and mirrored it. Once it was all printed, and adhered to the cardstock, I took my can of glitter paint and sprayed it to give it some shine.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me, and have a great week of crafting.
More of Barry's 12x12 Album
Here is a few more photos of what I've done with my great-grandson's 12x12 album....
This is the back side of the 12x12 album using paper from "Heaven Sent" that I purchased from Country Craft Creations . Using my corner punch I punched a scalloped edge (should've just done it on the outer edges close to the binding edge of book) and ended placing a couple beads in the center of each of the metal edging.
This is the inside of the back cover - I created a couple pockets, placing a train on the top of the first pocket (not the train design I wanted but couldn't locate the one I had in mind!!). The 2nd pocked I punched a garden-gate edge across the top. Layered with baby paper I found at Hobby Lobby. The teddy bear was the one on the binding of the album, which was too big and edges was getting frayed so replaced with a new bear; and rather than throw this one away, I adhered to layout. And print and cut the bear and placed just behind the coal car of the train.
As you will note, the bear is smaller and fits the binding of the book just great. Added a heart because I tore the matting a little when removing the foam tape runner.
Waiting on my paper order from Country Craft Creations so I can continue with the pages.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me and blessings to all.

Christmas/Holiday Anything Goes
Welcome to our first Challenge for July at Christmas Cards All Year 'Round. As a member of Team #1, named Gingerbread Gals I will be posting the 1st of each month; and we can use digis/stamps in our collection or use a digi from the sponsor for the month,
I printed Hanging Kitty on to water color paper, and painted with various watercolor paint collections. First I printed the digi image, than placed on my cutting mat for the Brother's Scan N Cut machine. I did leave a 0.4 area on digi to create a sticker look.
The paper I used for the first mat is from a collection I found at Tuesday Morning in Albertville, AL which was a surprising find - the store, that is. I've heard of the store, but thought that Alabama would not have the store!! placed the double matted card front on A2 cardstock, and place 3 gemstones at the bottom left edge.
The next card I created a globe card using
I chose a file pattern for the snow globe from my Silhouette Studio DE Library, and cut it out using my paper from Tuesday Morning. I printed the sentiment that comes with the pattern file on circular mat and placed in the inside of the card.
Image That! Digis by Kris provides colored jpeg, png and black and white digis of her products, and I chose to use the png format and print and cut using my Brother's Scan N Cut to cut the image out. I located a snow bank to add to the scene for the Snowmen Trio
Thank you for letting me share my handwork with you today, and blessings to all.

Choo Choo Train - May - Celebration
This is a 2 page layout using the file from Creative Kuts for the month of May - titled "Celebration".
This is page 1 of a 2 page layout from Creative Kuts for the May Train File...a set of 3 or 4 scrapbook kits offered each month for $10.00 (monthly subscription). I changed it out a little bit - where it was to be a butterfly/bug I changed to a mouse with a packet of flower seed and flowers at his feet. Added sunflowers in the background with a fence in front. The sunflowers and mouse are water colored. The sunflowers cut out by hand as I couldn't cut it with my machine. The fence is a file from Silhouette Studio DE library; and the butterfly is print and cut.
Page 2 of a 2 page scrapbook layout, using the pieces from the kit. Thankfully I purchased a white gel pen when at the Hobby Lobby that I found in Albertville - far easier to get to than Huntsville!! The butterflies from my Silhouette Studio DE library which I printed and cut. Paper from my stash of cardstock and paper pads
Thank you for visiting with me today, and have a great weekend of crafting.
Last Challenge Card - Flower Card
Pop-out Flower open
Pop-out Flower closed
The last card for this challenge over at Creative Kuts Facebook group, and it was fun to make. Using paper from stash of design paper and cardstock I created this double-fold card and the hex folded flower. I decided to stamp a sentiment later when needed.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me this week, and have a blessed and crafting weekend.

Tri-fold Honeycomb Card
2nd to last card in this Card challenge over at Creative Kuts Facebook Group...
Tri-Fold Honeycomb Card
Bumble Bees and Bee Bear from my Silhouette Studio DE library - print and cut using my Silhouette Cameo or Brother Scan N Cut machine
Paper from personal stash.
Next time I create this card, the strips at top and bottom will be design paper - not card stock. And the base needs to be of firmer card stock - it cracked when folded along score lines!
Thank you for visiting with me on this hot, hot and humid day, and blessings to all.

Creative Kuts Card Challenge - Flower Card
I'm getting down to the finish on week 2 of the Card Challenge over at Creative Kuts Facebook Group. I have 2 more cards to create and than will work on other projects I have started, especially the mini-album for my granddaughter and her baby.
This card kit can be found, hopefully, over at Creative Kuts.
I went with bold colors for this card showing front and inside of the card. I embossed the circle mat which I will not do again, as glue/adhesive will not stick to it!. And I noticed, after putting together that the flower is off center but looks good anyhow.
All paper and embellishments from my personal stash. It's a nice and simple card to cut out and decorate and actually more birthday cards can be made, using this idea along with Christmas cards.
Thank you for taking a moment to visit with me, and have a blessed week.

A Mini-album
This is a 3 ring mini-album I am creating - just because! I first cut out the chipboard from front, back and binding end (next time I will double layer the chipboard for strength). I used paper I bought Tuesday Morning Store I located in Albertville, AL (yay) for the main pices; and decorative paper from a paper pad I purchased at Hobby Lobby.
Inside cover I created a triangle pocket following a youtube.com video (sorry I don't remember which one as I am watching quite a few). I am considering adding a circle pocket in the corner; and the binding hardware I purchased from smallboxhardware.com out of Canada (binding rings reasonably priced, but shipping cost slightly expensive but consider where it's coming from!) It was very easy to apply using my hammer and hole punch.
The pages I will create following a video from Scrapbookers of Country Creations on Facebook, changing how I do the pages. I am planning to create the hinges, but punch holes and it, hopefully, will be 3 inches wide and than apply the pages to the 'hinges'. This way I can create the pages that are in the video. I will post pictures as I go along (no videos though).
Thank you for visiting with me today, and have a blessed week.
Honeycomb Card
Honeycomb Card
This card project was part of a 2 week Card Challenge over at Creative Kuts Facebook Group that I had been involved in. Right now I am trying to catch up with the cards - have about 3 more to do!!
Simple card to create - a svg cut file from Creative Kuts that is in her store or will soon be. I used my Make the Cut software to create/cut this card using cardstock from my personal stash. I punched the butterfly and applied to the center of the honeycome rather than adding a sentiment.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and a have a super great week of crafting.

Triangle Fold Card
Papers used from Tuesday Morning that I located in Albertville, AL, a 45 minute drive from our house, which makes me do a happy dance! The design paper is from a paper pad called Signature Paper by Colorbox from Wal-mart. Button is from the sewing dept at Wal-mart (have to go find more there next pay day)
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and hope you have a great weekend of crafting.

Spinning Star Card
Spinning Star Card
This card is called 'Spinning Star Card' but I printed and cut out a Bald Eagle instead of the stars that came with the pattern. The matting for the card is paper design from Pixelscrapper Digital Scrapbooking - the red, white and blue stripes; and Declaration of Independence printed paper. I don't remember where I found the Bald Eagle, but printed it with Silhouette Studio DE; and than scanned and cut with my Brother Scan N Cut machine. or the Cricut Explore. (Old age setting in for me...LOL)
I printed and cut the front tag with wordart from MissKateCuttables and added red gemstones to each end.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me this evening, and have a super great weekend.

Father's Day Card
I created a Father's Day Card for my son for this coming Sunday, using the Sunrise Square Card from Creative Kuts but I tweaked it myself by slicing and welding theC original Corner Sunrise Card. The #1 Dad label is from Daily Art Hub, part of their daily freebie. She offers designs as jpeg, png and svg cuts along with pdf too. I used the png file, and cut it out with my Brother Scan N Cut machine. Once cut out, I sponged the edges with black soot distress ink to cover the white edges.
Paper is from a 2 sided card stock tablet I purchased at Wal-mart here locally.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me this evening; and hope you all have a great week of crafting.

12x12 Album for Barry - part 2
Here is a couple more photos of my progress with my great-grandson's 12x12 scrapbook album. This shows the binding end of the album. Paper is from Digital Scrapbooking at Pixelscrapper which I downloaded, and, as it was originally black and white, I created a clipping mask, changing the color to baby blue in Adobe Photoshop Elements. Print and cut the teddy bear using my Cricut Explore and Cricut Design Space. (Barry's nickname is Bear!!)
This is not quite finished yet -- a title (It's a Boy) will be added to the top of the inside cover and the mats inserted in the pocked is to be glued together. There is a 3 page booklet added to the left edge for journeling or addition of photos . The lacey border from Creative Kuts
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me today, and have a great week of crafting.

Challenge #7 - Z Card
Z Card
This Z Card is the final card in last weeks challenge over at Creative Kuts FB Group page. I used elements from the Corner Sunshine card; and rather than cut out the butterflies, I used my paper punch to create the 2 dimensional butterflies. Paper used from personal stash.
Thank you for visiting with me today, and have a great week.

Challenge #6 Diamond Card
Good morning friends, I am back with the Diamond Card that was for Challenge #6 this past Thursday. I apologize for being late, but I was out of town, and by the time I got home I was exhausted, both emotionally and physically.
This is a Puppy Birthday card with colorful pieces added to the base. The base file, Cheryl created which makes it easier - don't have to come up with exact measurements - all done for me.
The Puppy dog is a svg file, that I created a print and cut image, and saved in png format, and than loaded into Cricut Design Space for print and cutting there (at the time the Silhouette Cameo was not cutting correctly, but since troubleshooted it)
Thank you for visiting with me today, Saturday, and have a blessed weekend/holiday. Thank you to all our Veterans that gave their life for our freedom.

Challenge #5 - Corner Sunrise
Over at Creative Kuts FB Group page, we have another challenge - challenge #5 showcasing a Corner Sunrise card (this card as different names, too). The above one I made as a simple card, using just one 5.50x4.25 design paper under the cut out mat. I consider this one as my favorite of the two I made this afternoon.
This one I cut out the pieces, and like a puzzle, placed them where they should belong, and using my xyron sticker machine glued everything in place.
At this point I am not sure what occasion these cards will be used for, but they will be handy for a birthday card, or a get well card.
Please check back tomorrow evening for the next challenge - it's to be a cute card.
Thank you for visiting with me this evening, and blessings to all.
