Sweet Pea Stamps DT A -Dry or Wet Embossing

This week our project is Dry or Wet Embossing or Both and I chose An Apple a Day Digi Stamp  by Karen Middleton.  I first embossed the Kraft card stock with a embossing folder by Provo Craft.  I printed the digi stamp image onto white cardstock and colored with Copic and Stampin! Up ink markers.  The apple is sliced from a apple border by http://www.misskatecuttables.com (her back to school borders which was a free file last week) and stamped the sentiment with versamark, and than wet embossed with black embossing powder.  Placed in the corner, and added three bronze brads on the top edge of embossed mat.

BAP for this 2-week period.

The BAP for this 2-week's time period is a mini-album that was so cute to work with.  A Crow relaxing or 'Hangin Out'.  I have about 3 pages each for the sections, and the design paper has flowers going up a 'fence'.  And I am so proud of the binding I done, but should have added the title on front cover first.  Oh well, next time there will be a few changes.

Go Fetch (No Cards Allowed)

Another challenge for the Challenge Team over at The Stamping Chef where we create a project That is Not a Card.  I chose the image Go Fetch for my presentation for this 2 weeks challenge.  I colored the image with Spectrum Noir and Copic markers, and placed on a mat that I cut out on my Silhouette Cameo with a created Antique Cabinet design.  I had dog bones in my Studio file, open up the file and created a border of bones, plus enlarged 2 bones to place on each photo.  The bottom border created using paw prints and than I ripped the sheet where I wanted and placed on the layout.  Another cut of the bone was done with the print and cut feature in Studio DE, printing Bella's name on the bone and than cut it out in the shape of a bone.

This can be placed in a scrapbook or, as I am hoping to, frame in a 12x12 cheap frame and sent to my family in Korea as Bella's their dog and we are dog-sitting for the next 1 1/2 years.

Lamp Post with Shadow File

 

Another free file to share with you before the end of July.  This Lamp Post file was used in the project for Scrapper's Delights for the next 2-weeks Blog Hop (please join us in the blog hop).  

This file comes in svg, mtc, jpeg and png format and the shadow is easily movable if you would like the lamp post only.
