A Post Card

I ordered the new stamp by Stampin Up called Post Card as I always regretted not purchasing the retired stamp set from several years ago, and wasn't about to miss out on this again.  And it seems that, unless you're traveling and stop at specialty stores that sell post cards, they're not available anymore.  So when I purchased this stamp set I thought I would create my own post cards. (Will come in handy for sending to recipients in the website Post Crossing.

I downloaded the floral image off of I Love Craft Crave as a freebie, with the idea of using for a birthday card and decided to try it out on a post card.  I resized the image to 6x4 inches and print and cut out using my Silhouette Cameo.  Once cut out, I turn upside down, and stamped the image on the back but I inked in the image by using a marker, leaving out the lines that went down the sides, bottom and top side as the stamp is smaller than the card.

I see this as a way of sending birthday party invitations by printing or stamping a birthday boy/girl image on front and stamp the other side.

If anyone is interested in purchasing this stamp set you may do so at Stampin Up with me as the demonstrator.  Or you can leave a comment with contact information and I will place the order for you.

Thank you for stopping by and allowing me to share my handiwork with you.  Hugs to all xxxxx.
